Refund policy

Al Falay Store accepts refund requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a request, customers must provide their order number and clear evidence of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Perishable goods, including fresh produce and eggs, are non-refundable unless a quality issue is reported upon delivery. Return shipping costs will be covered only in cases where the error is on our side.
